Rassekh Park in Lake Oswego, Oregon is a small skatepark with a little bit of everything.

I headed out to check out the park and ended up having a great session. It is not the biggest park around, but it has enough different features and lines to keep things interesting.

Sometimes a small park is exactly what I need. No pressure, no big agenda, just putting on the skates, finding some flow, and clearing my mind.

Thanks for watching and rolling with me.

Those that skate together stay together. It unfortunately doesn't happen as often as I would like but stoked when we get to go on a roll! Thanks for the awesome session

After a long week at work, I came home Friday evening to find a brown box waiting on my porch. The moment I opened it and saw what was inside, my day went from 0 to 100! I was already pumped to try out my new Rockin Frames Versa frame, but then I noticed a letter tucked inside. That personal touch made me pause and appreciate just how awesome our skate community—and the people and companies in it—really are.

So here’s my quick shoutout and a huge thank you to . You totally rock!

Stay tuned for some new content on these bad boys...

Sometimes life just gets to be a lot. Between work, family, and everything else on our plates, it can start to feel like a grind(the bad kind)—or, for some, an even darker place.

But I can’t even begin to explain the healing power of inline skating. Whether you're dealing with something big or small, just put on your skates, queue up a little Alan Watts—or any motivational podcast—and give yourself 30 minutes. I promise, you’ll feel so much better. You’ll feel FREE!

And the best part? This kind of therapy is totally free.

I love listening to Alan Watts while I go on long, meditative skates. It's become a ritual. I hope you give it a try too.

You can find the original audio here: alanwatts.org or do what I do and search Alan Watts Chillstep on YouTube!

Last weekend, my wife and I celebrated our 6th anniversary, and she totally surprised me with a stay at Windells Ski Camp ‪‬ —one of the coolest spots in Oregon! They've opened it up to the public with glamping tents and access to their skate facilities, so of course, we had to try it out. Check it all out in this episode of T+R!
