Looking for direction, accountability and encouragement in your nutrition & fitness journey?
We’d love for you to join our Virtual 30 Day Kickstart 💪

There’s never a “perfect” time to begin—yet there’s always a great opportunity to recommit to your routine and continue building a strong foundation. Join us from September 5th-October 3rd as we do exactly that, together.

This Kickstart includes programmed and scheduled workouts you can complete at home or in the gym, along with clear video tutorials for every movement.
We’ll focus on four key habits we’ve found to be essential for long-term progress, we provide nutrition guidance & macro-tracking as well as space to ask questions and receive guidance, and—most importantly—foster encouragement and accountability within the group.

We believe health and fitness are lifelong pursuits, and our goal is to walk alongside you wherever you are on that journey. Start where you are, and let’s build from there.

We’re excited to introduce Buys Family Forum, a new event series created to provide an opportunity to explore topics in greater depth, share practical knowledge, ask questions and learn from one another. Some discussions will focus on health, fitness and nutrition, while others may cover subjects we’re passionate about, such as homeschooling, strength sports, family life and more. Hear from our team and occasional featured guest speakers.

Join us on Saturday, August 22nd at 12:00 PM for the first Buys Family Forum, as we discuss our philosophy and practical approach to losing body fat, building muscle and creating lasting health for individuals and families through sustainable nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle habits.

We’ll also answer some of the most common questions we receive about nutrition and training for adults, children and families.

Whether you’re looking to improve your own health, support your family’s wellness, or simply learn more about our approach, we’d love to have you join us.

These events are free to attend. Please register each attendee individually.

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.” Colossians 3:23

We first started this project back in November 2025 in collaboration with , and along the way there have been plenty of changes, pivots and conversations about what we wanted to create—and why. We’re incredibly thankful it’s finally here.

Colossians 3:23 has been a foundational verse for us, not only as a gym but as a family. It’s a constant reminder of why we do what we do: to work wholeheartedly for the Lord and not lose sight of the purpose behind every opportunity He’s entrusted to us.

From the beginning, it was important to create something that was not only high quality, but also clean, timeless and rooted in a message that reflects what we believe.

We truly can’t thank you enough for your encouragement and support from near and far.

We pursue strength, health and discipline not for our own glory, but so that we can better serve those around us.

Ultimately, we are not working for ourselves, nor even primarily for others.

We are to work heartily unto the Lord, serving others in His name and for His glory.

For in doing so, we find true fulfillment while helping raise others up along the way.
