In this class you will be guided through a gentle yoga practice to release tension and melt away the stress of your week. We will practice breath work and short guided meditations to give you the tools to take relaxation with you into your daily life. No experience is necessary just a willingness to learn. Bring your own mat and any props you might need (ex. Blocks or a strap). Class will be located at the Plains District Community Center in Timberville.
