Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year. Ancient Civilizations have long celebrated this magical and light-filled day. This year a powerful solar eclipse will share the stage showing off its “Ring of Fire”. Eclipses are forces of nature that mark major turning points and solar eclipses create new beginnings. Good or bad, change, and swift change at that is assured.
That is why we gather (safely). To honor the Sun. To crack open our hearts. To vibrate the change we so desperately need at this moment.

Hey everyone!

We are BEYOND excited at the (very good) possibility of reopening our studio space in the beginning of July.

Just waiting on word from the Governor and you KNOW we will be opening our doors, with all necessary safety and health precautions to ensure you have the best and most comfortable experience.

We will slowly begin tapering off from our online schedule as of this week.

You will still see Bridget Marie Riepl on Mondays, Eleonora Rachele Zampatti on Thursdays, and Dan Abbott on Fridays. Kristin's Monday night meditations will continue too - so make sure to check your emails!

Please head into the video section of our Synergy Facebook group to take and re-take classes you loved and/or might have missed.

We are so grateful for everything our teachers have contributed...and for this community's overwhelmingly positive and compassionate continued support.
