Tinton Falls Wrestling Club

With registration underway for our 5th season and the number of kids signing up increasing every day, we wanted to take a look back at the year-over-year growth of the team.

Gray Simons (Lock Haven University Wrestling) vs. Mark McCracken (Oklahoma State Wrestling) in the 1962 NCAA Wrestling championship. Gray was a 3x NCAA champion, 2x Olympian, and was the head coach for Old Dominion Wrestling for 17 years. Gray’s influence in the VA Beach area is still talked about to this day. Gray Simons a, Distinguished Member, inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame & Museum in 1978.
