The Gym Tishomingo 24 hour Gym located in Tishomingo, OK For several years, exercising, running and coming physically fit have been important to our family.

When we first started our workouts, we slowly added equipment to help us move forward our personal goals. As we progressed, we realized that we had a facility that could potentially offer our community an opportunity to improve and succeed in their own individual goals. After much prayer, study and research, we opened The Gym Tishomingo, a 24 hour fitness center for those 16 years and older. We have free weights, cable machines, treadmills, ellipticals and more. Our hope is to provide a small, intimate atmosphere for our members to workout at their own pace. Welcome to The Gym Tishomingo!
