Good afternoon Tolar Elementary School supporters! We wanted to do a check in for a few things that are due soon. We have 9 more days of the Calender fundraiser. Last day of accepting folders and payments is Sept 18!

PTO forms turned into classes are due on the 23rd so we can see which class won the pizza party! After we collect all PTO forms an email will go out to everyone for additional background forms needed. This is new this year needing to be turned into the state. If you come to a PTO meeting this extra form can be provided to you. It can’t be provided individually by a member. It’s received at a meeting or in an email later this month.

Also, emails sent to be added to a group me messanger have not been forgotten. Once a meeting date and time has been set i will send out a message there.

We absolutely appreciate everyone that is interested and wants to participate!
If you have questions please DM the Facebook. That is the quickest way to get a response. Individual board members only can do so much!

Happy First Pep Rally EVE Tolar Elementary School supporters! We had a sweet family donate some spirit tattoos to the PTO! We have handed them out to the teachers for each child to take home and have for the pep rally in the morning if they would like to wear it!

PTO will be selling spirit items the Thursdays prior to pep rally’s the Elementary attends! We will make posts the week of to remind everyone.

We also would like to announce we are going cashless unless we are selling items to the children at the school. Any other time an adult is buying items cash is not being accepted so there is no issues with purchases being tracked.

Can’t wait to see you at the pep rally and Elementary night at the football game tomorrow!

It’s that time of year again! Calendar fundraisers should have come in your child’s backpack. Our prizes this year look a little different and we are super excited about them. The calendar is per household so please ensure to list ALL SIBLINGS NAMES on the folders turned in. This is the only way we can ensure all siblings receive the same prizes! This fundraiser last year was a huge part of how the PTO was able to provide most of the Elementary school supplies this year and it is our plan to use it for this coming year too. We have a school wide goal of $15,000 that we surpassed last year and hope to do the same this year. The QR code on the folder is ONLY to be used for the final amount being donated, not individual donations.

We are also open to specific items for the school supplies to be sponsored. So if you or your company/organization is interested please PM the PTO Facebook!

Thank you so much to who came to the meeting tonight! It was the largest meeting in so long and we are so grateful! So many great ideas! If you have turned your background checks in to either a PTO board member or to the school and would like to be added to a GROUP ME chat to have some more in real time information please PM me your phone number.

Also HUGE shout out and thank you to The Manna House on 377 LLC for letting us host there after hours and wanting to be apart of helping us give back to the Elementary in the future!

Tolar Elementary School supporters! We are ready to start up our meetings for the year! Our first meeting will be held on Monday August 31st at 6:30PM. The Manna House on 377 LLC has graciously allowed us to have the meeting there staying open with their drink menu and food choices of shrimp or chicken cajun pasta with salad bar for anyone who wishes to purchase prior/during our meeting.
Monday’s at this time is not a set time for our future meetings and we would love to hear feedback for future meetings times and dates.

Good morning and happy FIRST DAY BACK Tolar Elementary School supporters! We are so excited for this new year! As we know this first week will be super special PTO does not want to take away from that so we will be making sure the pre paid yearbooks will be labeled and in the office next week for you to pick up. 6th graders will have their books taken to their campus.
We will send out PTO sign up forms, background check forms and this years Tshirt forms next week as well!

We’d also love feedback on when the best time for PTO meeting would be. During school, after school, what week day/nights etc? Our first meeting will be in September TBD.

It was great to see everyone last night at the Block Party! We are so excited for some of the new faces that signed up for our PTO! If you missed your chance last night we will be sending home background and signup forms in your child’s folder soon along with TSHIRT forms!
