Kids will flow, play, and learn about meditation and mindful breathing in a joyful way. Class is intended for children ages 5-10, and early registration is highly recommended!

KIDS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING // Back by popular demand - Kids Yoga Teacher Training is BACK! Training is geared toward leading children ages 5-10 and will include information on toddler yoga, teen yoga, family yoga, and more. Trainees will be able to observe a live kids yoga class at the studio during the weekend.
Your investment includes a Kids Yoga Toledo manual and outlines for classes. Registered Yoga Teachers will also receive 15 CEUs.
