First Cross Country Meet was last Saturday, September 6th at Carter Park.

First Cross Country practice of the season. We ended with a fun game that the older kids and coaches also played.

Run Club is canceled tonight 7/28 due to weather.

Summer Run Club is canceled tonight. Unfortunately, the radar shows rain and possible storms during run club tonight time. I'd rather be safe than have kids get caught in a storm.

Unfortunately, the forecast shows lots of rain during run club for this evening. Therefore, I'm canceling run club tonight. Stay dry and I'll see everyone on Monday.
