Mind Body & Soul 24hr Fitness

I wasn't able to photograph everyone, but I got a few! I'm truly thankful for all of you. You are the heart of Mind Body & Soul Fitness. You represent everything our gym was created for: love and service to others. I'm tearing up just writing this. I love you all.

The gym is officially open! I want to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to everyone who contributed in any way, whether it was through physical assistance, financial support, or prayers. Each contribution was equally valued and immensely appreciated. Your love and kindness provided me with the strength to overcome another challenging hurdle that I wasn’t particularly excited about. You are truly awesome!

Looks like Saturday or Sunday before I open the gym back up, depending on how much help I get and how long it takes to dry everything. A couple of extra dehumidifiers would help.

I need some strong body’s to help move weights and equipment.

The gym will be closed for at least the next 24 hours due to flooding!
