Over the last few weeks, I've been thinking about what I want Thursday nights at Yoza to feel like.

I kept coming back to one phrase:

✨ Make Room ✨

We spend so much of our lives carrying responsibilities, expectations, stress, and things that no longer serve us that there is very little room left for ourselves.

And often, before we can welcome in what we desire, we first have to create space for it.

Space for joy.

Space for peace.

Space for possibility.

Space for gratitude.

Space for rest.

Beginning Thursday, June 11th, Thursday nights at Yoza will become a weekly practice of making room.

Room to breathe.

Room to reconnect with yourself.

Room to receive what you've been too busy, overwhelmed, or distracted to notice.

Each gathering will include reflection, gentle breathwork, guided meditation, an immersive crystal sound bowl experience, and time for integration.

I'm happy to share that Yoza Wellness now has a home in Temperance, Michigan!

I'm honored to be joining a space alongside some amazing women who are doing incredible work in our community and truly love what they do. I'm excited to be surrounded by other wellness practitioners who are passionate about helping people and creating meaningful experiences.

This new location will serve as a home base for many of my offerings, including:

While I'll continue offering experiences throughout the Toledo area, I'm excited to have a dedicated space where clients can come to relax, reconnect, and experience the work that I love sharing.

I’m so excited to officially share that Yoza is now offering Reiki Training 🤍

Reiki has been such a powerful part of my own healing and wellness journey, and it’s truly an honor to now teach others how to work with this energy for themselves and for others.

Reiki training with Yoza will focus on:
• Understanding energy and how Reiki works
• Learning how to do Reiki on yourself
• Building confidence working with energy
• For advanced levels — learning how to safely and ethically work with others

Whether you are feeling called to Reiki for personal healing, spiritual growth, or to become a Reiki practitioner, this training is designed to meet you where you are. This is more than just a class it’s a supportive, grounded, and real learning experience where you can grow at your own pace.

I’ve officially completed my Reiki Master certification. Three years in the making.
A long path. And today, the final level is complete. Now I can teach, attune, and open the door for others to learn Reiki through their own hands and experience.

On 11/11, I had the honor of playing my sound bowls at a wedding, and I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed a ceremony so unique, intentional, and full of love. Being part of something so sacred opened my heart in a way I didn’t expect.

There was so much peace in the atmosphere… so much meaning in every moment. And it reminded me how beautiful it is to bring calm, grounding, and spiritual connection into someone’s biggest day.

I would love to continue offering sacred sound for future weddings to help usher in peace, symbolize the spiritual unity of your union, or create a soft moment of remembrance for a loved one who can’t be there physically.
