Heather Downs Country Club Heather Downs CC has been serving Toledo for 100 years. HDCC is a Semi-Private 18 hole golf course with driving range. PUBLIC IS WELCOME!

The time has come!! I’m officially listing Heatherdowns Country Club for sale! I’ve owned it for over 3 years and have made significant improvements. One PGA pro said it’s in the best condition it’s been in over 25 years. I’ve spent over $350000 on improving the club. I feel I’ve done 90 percent of the heavy lifting! Why sell now? 2 reasons 1) it was the original plan I wanted to improve it for 3 to 4 years, 2) I’m 66 years old it’s time to simplify my life. GOOD NEWS..
