Abs and core dominate! Buuut, YOUR CORE is NOT just your abs…right?

Right – Most people think of their core as “just your abs”, but your core (like your shoulder joint) is made of many muscles! Our core HAS our abs and a group of muscles around our spine that help protect it! (Our glutes, abs, rib muscles, and lower back muscles)
