It's funny how a horse can teach patience better than any book ever could.

Every good habit starts the same way. Slow, guided steps until you find your own rhythm.

No shortcuts, no rushing it. Just showing up, laughing at the wobbly moments, and letting consistency do its thing until it feels natural. Meditation isn't always sitting still with your eyes closed. Sometimes it's a horse, a few laughs, and learning to breathe through the process.

That's meditation.
