Coach Maddie brings over 13 years of competitive softball experience, having played at every level through NCAA Division II. As the daughter of our own Coach Derrick, she was raised around the game and developed a deep respect for the work ethic, discipline, and passion it requires. She is excited to now step into her own coaching journey, pouring the same knowledge and mentorship into the next generation of athletes.

Beginning in May, Coach Maddie will offer:
• Defensive skill development with a focus on infielders
• Hitting instruction designed to build confidence at the plate
• Intentional support for the mental health and resilience of young women in competitive sports

We are confident that her experience, leadership, and love for the game will make a lasting impact on our athletes. Help us give Coach Maddie a warm welcome to the Clutch family! 🥎
