SATURDAY SCHEDULE UPDATE 🍂

10:30am classes are staying on the schedule for the fall and winter season! 🙌🏻

Starting October 3rd classes will rotate between instructors with Barre additions!

☕️ Next coffee truck is scheduled for 10/24 all morning…stay tuned to find out who it is 🤭

No matter your age, you’re welcome here! This is more than just a place to move our beautiful strong bodies it’s about community and living this life together 🙌🏻

You all motivate ME so much and thank you for allowing me to feel SAFE 🥹

I may have guilt tripped them by stating “it’s my birthday weekend” 😂

Chick-fil-A on the houseee Tuesday September 1st! 🐓

Come celebrate Courtney’s Official FIRST BARRE CLASS with the best breakfast in town 😋

She has finished her training and I couldn’t be more proud of her! 🙌🏻

She will be taking over the Barre schedule every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30am!

We hope to see you there! 💪🏻

Thank you for knowing my purpose before I did, Thank you for this wonderful community, and Thank you for your unconditional Love 🙌🏻

I pray we all continue to not be fearful to try something new, scary or challenging! The Lord knows what we are capable of before we do! Be Bold, Be courageous and ultimately TRUST HIM 🙏🏻

Who cares if the “World” is watching because guess what…OUR FATHER IS TOO!

Oh this week has me emotional 🥹

Taking the time to reflect on this past year FULL OF PURE GRATITUDE 🙏🏻

My first class was held August 16th 2025! I truly had no expectations and God showed up as always! You all mean the world to me and our friendships that continue to grow as we are all living this life together!

I can’t wait to celebrate with you Saturday August 15th! Those who couldn’t get in stay tuned as some exciting news is coming! 🥰

I love you all so much and I look back and think….where have you guys been alll my life?? 😝

Private sessions are a way to be more intimate, all while being silly with each other and just trying our best! 💪🏻

I don’t know how “private” this was though…with all of the island watching us 😂
