Amazing turnout for our Back to School bash party at IPD! We collected generous donations for the local food pantry as well as school supplies for those in need. Raffle prizes were won and a good time was had by all. Thank you to Jacquie Jensen my wife my queen for putting this amazing event together. Thank you Amy Jacobs for her time and commitment for making this event a success. Grateful for all who attended and spent their valuable weekend time with us. ❤️

You will question yourself, miss training, get injured, and wonder if you’re really cut out for this. Keep going. Every tap teaches you. Every bad round makes you tougher. Every day you show up when you don’t feel like it is another step forward. The black belt isn’t earned by the person who never struggles—it’s earned by the person who refuses to quit. 🥋

Happy Sunday everyone! Many artists depict him as gentle and kind. John describes him like this in the book of Revelation! Jesus has allowed me to steward a tremendous amount in my life. I am forever grateful for the wife he lead me to, the family that I have. The health of our children and the people on our Jiujitsu mats he has allowed me to help and care for. Beyond blessed! Instead of focusing on our problems in life we should be showing gratitude for all the good things in our life. Amen 🙌💯✝️
