Today we celebrate the women who carry so much strength, both inside and outside the gym. 💐
To all the moms in our community: Thank you for the love you give, the sacrifices nobody sees, the encouragement you pour into others, and the example you set every single day.

What a week‼️ first we started by digging into heavy strengths, then finished it with 26.3 Open workout - Which did not dissapoint. It was an Open to remember and we are so proud of our Salute Athletes and how far they've come... They are making a path that will change the course of their lives forever!

Had some Latin fun & flare for our 3rd and final Friday Night Lights last night!! We had a great time dressing up, but an even better time throwing down!
But it all comes down to this... Which team won this week??

Friday Night Lights for 26.2 brought the energy… and apparently the fashion choices of a questionable 1990s locker room. 🏋️♂️😂
Our four teams showed up LOUD for the Jocks in the Box theme during the CrossFit Open, and let’s just say… dignity may have been sacrificed in the name of team spirit!
From headbands to tube socks to some very committed wardrobe decisions, and from fake tans to 6 Joe's, every crew delivered a legendary entrance.
But now we need YOU to help decide the champions of questionable athletic couture.

And while the competition is fierce… we would be remiss not to recognize the complete team effort from Team Sn**ch Bastards, who may or may not have pushed the theme further than our other teams. Respect. 🫡
