If you’ve been watching us for a while, thinking about trying CrossFit but telling yourself you need to get in better shape first… stop waiting.
That’s literally what we’re here for.
You don’t need to know how to lift. You don’t need to be able to do a pull-up. You don’t need to be a runner. You don’t need to be “in shape.” And you sure as heck don’t need to keep up with anyone else in this gym.
Just walk through the door.
We’ll meet you exactly where you’re at. We’ll teach you, coach you, push you when you need it, and introduce you to a whole bunch of people who were probably just as nervous on their first day.
Every single person in these pictures started somewhere.
Some came here wanting to lose weight. Some wanted to get stronger. Some needed something for themselves again. And some probably had no idea what they were getting themselves into.
But they started.
And that’s really the hardest part.
So if you’ve been thinking about it, quit waiting until you feel “ready.”
Come spend a week with us. It’s on us.
You might find a lot more here than just a workout!

What a weekend. 🔥
We had several teams compete at BCS and every one of them represented Igneous incredibly well.
Coach Joey & Travis — 2nd RX 🥈
Coach John & Troy — an incredibly close 4th
Coach Kyle & Bria— 2nd Masters Scaled 🥈
I’m proud of the finishes, but even more proud of how you guys competed. You worked hard, pushed yourselves, supported each other and represented this community the right way.
And to the MASSIVE crew that came out to support, thank you. I hope our athletes realize how special that is. They may be the ones on the competition floor, but there is an entire community standing behind them. That’s Igneous.
And then Coach Riley went and FINISHED THE LEADVILLE 100 MILE RUN and took 3rd in her age group. 🤯🔥
100 miles through the mountains. At altitude. Hours of continuing to move forward when your body and mind are begging you to stop. Riley, what an incredible accomplishment. We are so proud of you.
This whole weekend reminded me of something I want our community to hear:
Sign up for things that scare you.
It doesn’t have to be a CrossFit competition or a 100-mile race. Your goal doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s. Just give yourself something to chase.
Put something on the calendar that makes you nervous. Something that gives your training purpose. Something that gets you out of bed on the days you don’t feel like it. Something that requires you to grow.
Because sometimes the biggest win isn’t the podium, the medal or even the finish line.
Sometimes the biggest win is the person you had to become just to get there.
Proud of everyone who competed. Proud of Riley. Proud of everyone who showed up and supported them.
And dang proud to call this crew ours.
This is Igneous❤️

There are a lot of people who see the final result, but very few get to see what it actually takes to get there.
The early mornings. The late nights. The days when your body is exhausted but you show up anyway. The weekends that revolve around training instead of relaxing. The meals, the recovery, the sacrifices your family makes right alongside you. The moments of doubt. The workouts that don’t go as planned. The pressure. The setbacks. The quiet decision to keep going anyway.
That’s what this journey has been.
I’ve had the privilege of watching Coach Shara earn every bit of this opportunity. Nothing about it was handed to her. She built this through consistency, discipline, and a willingness to keep showing up long after most people would’ve been satisfied.
What makes me proud isn’t just that she’s going to the CrossFit Games. It’s the person she’s become in the process. She leads from the front, she inspires without trying to, and she reminds everyone around her what is possible when you’re willing to commit to something bigger than yourself.
Next week she heads to California to compete against the best women in the WORLD in the 35–39 division. No matter what happens on that competition floor, you’ve already made every one of us proud.
Now it’s time to trust your training, enjoy the moment you’ve worked so hard to earn, and show the world exactly who you are.
Let’s show Coach Shara some love as she gets ready to represent our community. We’re all behind you. Go do what you do best. ❤️🔥
