We’re kicking off the morning with a FREE coach-led workout at 9AM, followed by our Wellness Social from 10AM–12PM.
This isn’t just another community event. It’s your chance to connect with local wellness experts, try new recovery experiences, discover healthy products, and spend time with an incredible community all in one place.

This month’s spotlight goes to someone who quietly puts in the work, shows up consistently, and continues to push herself every time she steps on the turf. JODI SOHRT — CONGRATULATIONS 👏
With almost 140 sessions under her belt, Jodi has become a familiar face in our community and a great example of what consistency looks like. Whether it’s a Full Body day or tackling her favorite movement, box jumps, she always brings effort, positivity, and a willingness to challenge herself.
