About Blindfold Yoga/acro:

Experience what happens if you take the sense of sight out of your life and take life at a slower pace.

With the blindfolds on, you bring your complete attention from the external world around you back to the internal focus. The fun part of this class includes the blindfold partner exercises to remind about the importance to build trust and intuition.

As you're getting ready for a beginner acro, we will take a moment to close our eyes, settle into your body, and absorb your surroundings.

Allow your heart to feel what your eyes would normally see. Be present with your emotions, intentions, and intuition.
