Trainers Jenn & Jeff have been working hard to create a fun & energetic boot camp challenge September 28th - October 2nd @ 6:30am.

This one week, free trial boot camp will be an indoor/outdoor format with a focus on full body strength & conditioning. Space is limited to 10 New Life members so be sure to reserve your spot today by signing up on the clipboard in the lobby!

1. Follow us on any of our social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram and/or TikTok.

2. Tag us on your social media post and/or story anytime you workout, whether at the gym or not. Take a walk, ride your bike, go for a swim, lift weights, take one of our classes, etc. It all counts!

3. The member with the most tags at the end of August wins one free month of membership!

Thanks to everyone’s contributions over the past month, we loaded up a full SUV of pet supplies for local partner Operation Pets Alive! yesterday. If you’d like to continue to partner with this great organization, they are always in need of foster homes and, of course, forever homes, for their sweet rescues (including the precious pup in this pic, Trunks!).
