We hope everyone enjoys a well-deserved day of rest with family and friends. All classes and practices will resume on September 8th. We can’t wait to see everyone back in the gym! ✨

The A1 Spirit Athletics crew has officially arrived at Nash Camp, and we couldn’t be more excited for the days ahead! ❤️

Great athletes aren’t just built through reps, they’re built through experiences, education, and opportunities to learn from the very best.

Over the next few days, our athletes will be challenged, inspired, and surrounded by some of the most talented coaches and athletes in the industry.

We’re incredibly excited to announce that these athletes are representing our program at Nash Camp this week! We’re so proud of each of you for taking advantage of this opportunity. These athletes didn’t just sign up, they earned this opportunity. After submitting video applications answering questions surrounding work ethic, leadership values, and potential, they were selected to attend Nash Camp. Once selected, our program proudly sponsored their attendance because we believe investing in our athletes’ growth is one of the greatest investments we can make.
