When Brittney first started her fitness journey, she was nervous , and honestly, that’s something so many of us can relate to. She started small by committing to walking and becoming more active. Even stepping into a reformer class or group setting felt intimidating at first.

Fast forward to now… Brittney shows up consistently, works hard toward her goals, invites her husband to class with her (which we absolutely love!!), and encourages other newcomers to stick with it even when it feels uncomfortable in the beginning. 💛

Her journey is such a reminder that you don’t have to feel “ready” to start. Confidence is built through showing up, one class at a time.

If you’ve been nervous about trying yoga, Pilates, or group fitness , this is your sign. Come by for a visit and let us help ease those concerns. Everyone starts somewhere, and you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
