✨Right now, practice looks different for each of us.
For some, it’s rest.
For some, it’s breath.
For some, it’s asking for help, slowing down, studying, or learning how to meet the body with more softness.
Yoga is not one thing.
It’s a living practice, one that moves with us through every season of life.
We asked our Saha teachers what they’re practicing right now.
Swipe through their reflections and we’d love to hear from you:
What are you practicing right now? 🤍

✨At Saha, yoga isn’t about performing, achieving, or getting into complicated poses.
It’s about creating space to breathe.
To reconnect, to move your body with kindness and remember that you don’t have to do life alone.
And if you’ve been thinking about starting, this is the perfect time.

Yoga Nidra
5/31 at 6pm
•
Join Shuba for a Yoga Nidra offering where she will offer gentle movement to prepare your body for deep rest and repair through Yogic Sleep.
•
We will systematically relax our entire body, mind, and Spirit. So we may come back renewed and more present in our lives.
•
Yoga nidra’, variously meaning ‘yogic sleep’, ‘psychic sleep’, or ‘sleeping consciously’, is a meditative procedure whose goal is to transform the mind and body. The name ‘yoga nidra’ derives from two Sanskrit words: ‘yoga,’ which means union, and ‘nidra,’ which means sleep.

It’s hard to put into words sometimes.
Maybe it’s the way your body exhales when you walk through the door.
Maybe it’s the teacher who remembers your name.
Maybe it’s the quiet before class begins, the breath that brings you back, or the community that makes you feel less alone.
At Saha, we believe yoga is more than movement.
It’s a place to return to yourself, exactly as you are.
So we’d love to hear from you:
What is the feeling that brings you back to Saha?
Leave it in the comments. Your words might be the invitation someone else needs to begin.
Come as you are.
You belong here🤍
