Let’s now join beneath July’s Full Moon.
As this next moon reminds us that growth begins when we release what’s no longer true and make space for what feels deeply aligned.

We’ll move, breathe, and rest, allowing the sound of the ocean and the healing vibrations of the singing bowls guide us closer to ourselves.
