4 Ever Grateful Yoga

Chair yoga resumes next week Tuesday September 1st! Sonja Schneider will be taking over my class for me. I will be available to sub for her when needed. I would like to take this time to thank all of my students who have attended my classes for the last 5 years, your dedication and commitment to the practice of yoga is to be commended; and I would like to thank HCW for providing the space for this practice. Thank you again :)

I have just been notified that construction has begun on the stage in the auditorium at HCW Clubhouse. All chair yoga classes on Tuesday's (INCLUDING TODAY'S CLASS 6/9) will be cancelled until further notice. I apologize for the short notice. Any questions call Gail @ 973-459-9597.

Please note that the HCW Clubhouse auditorium will be closed for all regular activities this coming Tuesday June 2nd so that voting can take place. Chair yoga classes resume the following Tuesday.
