We’re so excited to welcome Body Soul Being, LLC as our Massage Corner Sponsor for Together We Shine on Friday, September 18.

As part of Together We Shine on September 18, we’re creating space throughout the evening to pause, reset, and receive with two special healing experiences:

Hannah Mary

Hannah is an intuitive energy worker with a background in psychology and holistic studies who has worked with spiritual and energy practices for most of her life.

She’ll be offering a beautiful Reiki + Vibroacoustic Session, pairing Reiki energy healing with a vibration mat and music. Frequency, sound, vibration, and energy come together to encourage release, deep relaxation, and a nervous system reset.

Based in Brick, NJ, fox+moon will be offering Chakra Aligning Reiki — an intuitive Reiki energy healing experience designed to help you relax, reset, reconnect, and restore energetic balance through your chakras

Bittersweet News - This Friday is Ryan’s last permanent class on our weekly schedule after 9 years at Pure — and if you’ve ever taken a Ryan class, you already know there are a few things we’ll never forget.

The dad jokes
The creative names for poses that may or may not actually exist
The reminder that BIG TOE MATTERS

And, of course, Ryan casually telling an entire class that if they can make a hole in the flow, Ashley will give them yoga for free. (For the record, Ashley never approved this promotion.)

Nine years has brought a lot more than yoga. There have been retreats, adventures, ridiculous moments, so many laughs, and a friendship that I’m incredibly grateful for.

And before anyone gets too sad — Ryan will still be subbing and I’m sure he’ll pop up around Pure. If you know me, you know I don’t really let people leave. 😂

Come take his 9:30 AM Vinyasa Flow this Friday, wish him luck, laugh at one more dad joke, and please don’t put a hole in the floor
