A FANTASTIC 3 days of our first TRBA Skills Clinic, attended by over 65 kids, grades 2nd thru 8th. A rousing success for kid's, coach's, and parents. Look forward to the next one in the Spring!!!!! Parents - Monday is our first day of the inaugural TRBA Summer Skills Clinic, below are some important pieces of information, which I will also post on Facebook:

Monday - August 17th Intermediate North Gym - check in time will begin at 8:30 because it is day 1, please report to table. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE later than 8:50 if possible, as I'd like to get started promptly at 9:00
Kids should bring plenty of water and light snacks, wear comfortable basketball sneakers, and shorts, they will be provided a skills clinic t-shirt to wear all 3 days at check-in
All drinks and snacks will be kept in designated portion of gym. Backpacks will be kept in the wrestling portion of the gym.
Again, parents should check in with their kids, drop off, and return to pickup around 12:50
Any allergies or special needs, please notify me at check-in table.

We'll most likely follow the same format Tuesday and Wednesday, but check in will begin at 8:40

Toms River Basketball Association Winter Registration is now open for boys and girls in grades 1-12, and it is off to a FAST start. Please do not wait to sign up your child for the season and risk having them not being able to play. Registration fills up quickly!

Don't miss out on the opportunity to participate in TRBA this winter as we move to a draft process for team assembly for boy's only 4th grade thru HS Divisions. If you left us to go elsewhere, come back to us and give us another try, it is going to be an exciting season!!

The season will start the first week of December, with the first games scheduled to be played on December 5th.

Costs:
1st and 2nd Grade (Beginners): $120 (Non competitive)
3rd Grade Boys: $140 (Non Competitive)
3rd/4th Grade Girls (Elementary): $140 (Non Competitive)
Boys 4th Grade - 8th Grade: $175 (Boys 6th Grade and 7th Grade will be combined)
Girls 5th and 6th Grade (Intermediate): $175
Girls 7th - 12th Grade (Seniors) $175
Boys High School: $195

The registration cost includes the team jersey. There is also a sibling discount available.

Regular registration will close on October 31st. Late registration will run from November 1st through November 8th and there will be a $15 additional fee.
There will be no signups allowed after November 8th.

There will be 'mandatory' evaluations for all NEW and RETURNING kids registered in COMPETITIVE divisions (Boys 4th thru HS and Girls JR and SR Divisions) the weeks of NOVEMBER 9th and 16th - TBD

There will be one practice a week for grades 3-7, with one game on the weekend.

HS and Boys 8th grade no practices

Playoffs are for all competive divisions with the championship games being held on "Super Sunday" at High School East on March 7th.

Please don't forget to volunteer at checkout to be a head coach or an assistant coach. Our league relies on volunteers to run.
