Seeing as how no appliance repair shop it seems, in the Ocean County area, will repair Kitchen Aid Stand Mixers. I schooled myself in taking the entire machine a part and rebuilding it.
I now have two running Kitchen Aid Mixers. I can make bread dough and homemade pasta at the same time. 😉

A small siding repair job. The home was all cedar shake except for this one wall. I'm not sure why they installed T1-11. I had to remove the old siding and remove the window trim to reside and have the new match up with the old. I also wanted to tuck it under the rake trim.

A quick job removing paneling covered walls. Installing a couple new doors, new trim, removing existing built in cabinet, repairing floor and building a step for an 11" rise over a heating unit.

I saved the last few windows for last.
The window on the right side of the chimney was removed and the frame raised so that there would only be a half window. I installed one replacement window sash in the existing frame.
I then removed the door on the opposite side of the chimney installed the 2nd sash of the replacement window in the same manner. Installed new siding , Insulated and drywalled the interior in prep for new cabinets on either side of the fireplace.

New Windows and Garage Doors. The first set of pictures are of the existing windows and garage doors.
I did the 2nd floor windows when I remodeled the attic space into a living space a few years ago.
