We have had so many of you ask where to get a good workout in after we close CKO next week. We can finally share that the trainers you know and love can be found starting March 9th!!! 🥊

We’ve slightly reduced classes leading up to our closing date on February 22. Thank you for continuing to show up, support, sweat, and make this place so special. We have read all of your kind, supportive messages and couldn’t be more grateful for such an amazing community. Let’s finish strong together 🥊

Unfortunately, due to unsafe conditions in our parking lot and a sheet of ice blocking the front entrance, we have to cancel classes tonight for everyone’s safety.

We hate to do this, but the risk of slips, falls, and accidents is too high. Thank you for understanding & we will update you as soon as conditions improve❄️🖤

Due to the Toms River Schools closure and for the safety of our staff and members we have decided to cancel tomorrow mornings 8am kickboxing class. We will post another update tomorrow regarding the evening classes! Stay warm, and enjoy the snow! ❄️ ⛄️

Rising Sun Karate Academy will be conducting a Special Women’s Self-Defense Seminar to Benefit “I PINK I CAN” Breast Cancer Research. The seminar will be taught by Former Toms River Police Chief and RSKA Black Belt Master Mitch Little.

There is no charge for this event, but you will be asked to make a donation to benefit “I PINK I CAN” Breast Cancer Research. No donation is too big or too small, but protecting yourself and your loved ones is priceless.

1/3 - BACK TO NORMAL SCHEDULING!

Due to the icy road conditions and continued snow fall throughout the remainder of the evening we have CANCELED the 8AM CLASS for tomorrow, 12/27. At this time we will still have the 9AM CKO45 and the 10AM CKO LIFT.
