Boot Camp style with high intensity interval training for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of total body stretching. Class is only $10 (cash only please!)

Hard Core 30 is a one hour class. The first 30 minutes is HIIT (High intensity interval training) The other 30 minutes is complete body stretching. Classes are $10 per session (cash only) and class starts precisely at 6:30 pm. Bring water and a mat if you have it! It is a kick-butt class!
