Last Saturday we threw our outdoor Sandlot movie night! Unlike Squints Palledorous and his kiss with Wendy, we had NOT been planning it for years and thought there was a chance it was just the 10 kids hanging out with the movie on in the background. Boy were we wrong! People showed up like it was Benny “The Jets” first game in the MLB!

The weather was perfect, no one was baking like a toasted cheeser!, there was wiffle ball being playing across all of the diamonds…no sight of any balls signed by some lady named Ruth… Baby Ruth, there were weenies on the grill, not the L-7 kind, and just an all around good time had by all of the kids and parents.

Thank you so much to everyone that came out, we hope you had as much fun as we did and as always, thank you for your support. This is something that we hope becomes a tradition and carries on FOR-EV-ER!

Plain and simple, when Joey is at the plate, he can’t be stopped. 2 games. 2 Home Runs.

I’m almost positive the first home run he hit is still up in the air somewhere because that ball was hit to the moon! Joeys big day helped propel the Curve to a big 12-3 victory over the Batavia Clippers.
