Looking for something productive, structured, and high-energy for your kid this summer? This is it!

Our Summer Kids & Teens Boxing Session (ages 8โ€“16) runs from June 27 through August 22 โ€” the classes will focus on boxing/kickboxing technique and fitness training. Designed to develop skill, discipline, and confidence every step of the way.

Whether theyโ€™re brand new or already putting in rounds, our program meets them where they are and pushes them forward.

We just wrapped up our Spring Kids & Teens Boxing Session with our Family Day โ€” one of our favorite days at THE LAB.

This is where everything comes together. Our athletes get to show their parents what theyโ€™ve been working on, and the parents get in on the fun too. Energy is always high, and the smiles say it all.

Now itโ€™s time to roll straight into summer.
