Yoga reminds us that strength isn’t always loud or forceful. Sometimes it’s showing up on the mat when you feel tired, staying with the breath when a pose feels hard, or choosing presence over quitting. That’s real courage — one inhale at a time. 🌿✨

How to Do “Legs Up the Wall Pose” (Viparita Karani):
1. Sit close to a wall with one side of your body touching it.
2. Lie back slowly and swing your legs up onto the wall.
3. Adjust so your hips are near (but not pressing against) the wall.
4. Rest your arms out to the sides, palms facing up.
5. Keep your spine relaxed and breathe deeply.
6. Stay in the pose for 5–10 minutes, then gently roll to one side to come out.
✅ Tip: You can place a cushion under your hips for added comfort
