We hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas. All classes start back up tonight. A very important email was sent out about some schedule changes that will be starting January 1st. Please let us know if you haven't received it.

Classes for tonight have been cancelled. We just learned that another storm is coming through tonight and we don't want to risk anyone's safety. Please feel free to make up your class another night this week. Stay warm and safe.

We are clearing out our current inventory. In shirts, we have 1 children's large, 1 adult XL and 1 adult small. The zip up hoodie is an adult XL. Shirts are $8.00 and the hoodie is $25.00

A few etiquette reminders:
Please have your fingernails and toenails trimmed before coming to class.
Please do not wear shorts or jeans to class.
Because the kids are working very closely with each other and working in tight spaces, please remember to wear deodorant and to have them shower if you they are dirty.
No gum or food on the mats.
If you have small children that are not participating in a class, please make sure you are watching them and not letting them run around the studio while classes are in session.
