We will be offering high level Gi and No Gi submission grappling, striking, strength and conditioning and more, at an extremely affordable price for any budget. Gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes will be taught by our head instructor Professor Gustavo Rodrigues, arguably the best Gi grappler in the state Classes are availible for men and women as well as children age 4 and up. Wether you are looking for world class martial arts instruction or looking to get in shape M&K has what you are looking for and much more. Come be a part of our fantastic team and take part in the fastest growing sport in the world. M&K provides a fun, safe, and effective training program suitable for all levels of skill at any age. Get in shape and learn effective self defense techniques at one low price. We Also offer Parent/Child classes so as to create a fun way for parents to engage with their children while learning techniques applicable to real life situations.Classes begin May 20th.
