All the ingredients for intense severe storms will be in place by this afternoon across much of the area. Expect initial storms to quickly turn severe. Destructive hail and intense Tornadoes possible early, then Damaging wind and flooding become the focus. Remain weather aware and take safety measures if needed.

Yoga teacher real deal talk. Today is the first time in over a year I pulled out my mat at home to practice. For MY practice. Not to run my flow for class or to teach anyone. My studio closed last May and I lost myself. I didn’t practice all summer and my body and mind paid for it. I am only teaching 1 class currently so its time to find MY practice again 🙏🤸‍♀️

Last night we did yoga for hip strength and today I am FEELIN’ it! Yoga for stretching hips today!

I have used bolsters and blankets for sale- I have 6 of each- $20 for a bolster (24x12x6) and $10 for a yoga blanket. Local only! (Topeka area) Message me if you want one!
