LABOR DAY MENU
Many of my clients need help keeping things under control when it comes to nutrition. Don't we all?!
What's on your menu? The easiest thing is to blame our busy schedules but we all need to eat and drink EVERY DAY, so making adjustments isn't that tough.
If you're willing to bust it 4-6 times each week between the gym, work, and the kids - make sure you're doing right by yourself with nutrition!
Protein + Carbs (the good kind) = FULL FASTER 💪🏼

DID YOU KNOW?
Before being a US Open champion, and all world PGA tour stud - Gary Woodland played for one of the greatest little league baseball team ever?
The year was 1997 and the Topeka Orioles were rockstars all over the country. Or at least in Oklahoma by August '97. We had fans asking for photos with us, including these young ladies from an unknown local wing joint down the road.
The aura was beyond belief for a bunch of sweaty 13 year old boys from Topeka, Kansas.
When Gary tees it up and is announced from Topeka, this is part of why he does it. And I'm sure my other teammates feel the love too.

Congratulations and good luck to Topeka's own Gary Woodland! Gary earned his way into this weekend with a great performance over the weekend in St. Louis.
