🍁Crisp fresh air and cool breezes of fall fill me with energy and good vibes! This is the perfect time to start walking no matter what fitness journey you are on.

🍁I recently began walking this summer and I’ve found it to be a super great form of low-impact exercise. Now I make room for daily walks in my schedule. I enjoy the community that walking brings and I’d like share it with you!

We did it!! Walked the whole lake without intending to! What started out to go look at how the tulips are doing to walking around the whole lake .
Proud of my Aunt & RubySue! We took a few swim breaks & had to be carried a few times just to take a breather, but in the end…..we all finished it together!! 🐾🐾🐾

January has my head spinning with emotions from all the great training over the past 2 weeks! From Dallas to Kansas City and to say I am happy to be home and processing all my notes & ideas! ​​​​​​​​

What I thought I was going into the new year with a great plan and still is. However now I am shifting a little! Getting clear, intentional and it all starts with developing those healthy habits and how you speak to yourself! Selfcare truly is a challenge to schedule for myself. Even though I am in complete control of my calendar. I still struggle. So this past week I have made appointments with myself to walk outside and enjoy a beautiful fall afternoon! ​​​​​​​​
Loving natures sounds and finding peace with the crinkly colorful leaves! 🍁

November is one of my favorite months. It represents family, friends, food, togetherness and love. Celebrating all that we are thankful and grateful for this past year. ​​​​​​​​
Missing my mom the woman who we celebrated her special birthday with a nice big oven roasted turkey. I truly felt her presence during a family photo shoot. thank you for the beautiful captures! ​​​​​​​​
This year more than ever we are eternally grateful for our heavenly father for watching over our family and opening the gates to my moms return to home. Where I know her laughter and smile is entertaining all those that encounter her. ​​​​​​​​
