Adults, this one is just for YOU! We’re excited to introduce our brand-new Adult Stretch Clinic led by Kristin!

Kristin is not only one of our TEC cheer moms, but she also brings an extensive background in fitness instruction—and we’re so excited to have her stepping in to lead these clinics!

Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility and mobility, loosen up, or just want a good stretch, come jump in! No experience or current flexibility level required.

It’s the hugs after the routine, the inside jokes at practice, the hard days, the victories, and the memories you’ll talk about for years.

To everyone else, it might just look like bows, makeup, uniforms, and cheer shoes.

We’re kicking off our brand new COACH SPOTLIGHT series! 🩵✨

And who better to start with than Coach Tateum!

Coach Tateum is our Elite Program Director and also happens to be our owner Taylor’s sister—TEC truly is a family affair! 🩵

You’ll find Tateum doing a little bit of EVERYTHING around TEC. She coaches our upper-level tumbling classes, Level 3 & 4 teams, Acro for Dancers, and more. She’s also our resident choreography + scoresheet guru—helping choreograph routines for all of our TEC teams and making sure we’re putting the strongest possible routines on the competition floor!

✨ Fun Fact: She has double-jointed shoulders!

With 9 years of coaching experience, Tateum brings a ton of knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail to TEC. Whether she’s teaching a new skill, perfecting choreography, or analyzing a scoresheet, she’s always working to help our athletes and teams be their best.
