Everybody talks about finding their purpose, but the Bible teaches that purpose isn’t something we create, it’s something we discover in God. Before you had a title, a degree, a business, or a platform, God already had a purpose for your life.

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” — Ephesians 2:10

The Bible also shows that purpose and passion aren’t always the same thing. Sometimes your purpose will require you to do things that don’t feel comfortable. Moses didn’t feel qualified. Jeremiah thought he was too young. Esther was afraid. Yet God still called them and used them. Passion becomes powerful when it’s surrendered to God’s purpose.

“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3

For many of us, especially in our communities, we’ve been taught to chase survival first. And while survival matters, God calls us beyond just making it through life. He calls us to impact, service, leadership, and legacy. Purpose is not just about what you do.
It’s about who God created you to be.

Your gifts are intentional.
Your experiences are not wasted.
Your story has value.
And your calling is bigger than your circumstances.
