No class tonight. We will have kids class at 530 and adults at 615 on Friday the 11th. See everyone tomorrow!

Slight schedule change for tomorrow!!!! Kids class will go until about 610. Adults will run a open mat immediately following that for about 1 hr all rolling. 715 We will be helping out the Blue Thunder as they prepare for the kids state wrestling tournament this weekend. Thank you!

We are putting new memberships on hold again. No trial classes will be held at this time. Hoping to reevaluate in a couple weeks.

Heyyyy!!! Classes resuming this week! Please wear a mask and don't participate if you have any symptoms. The only schedule change right now is Monday beginner class will be canceled until we start accepting new students again! Still not accepting any new students. I want our focus to be on all the members that stuck with us through closures and minimize exposure risk for them. I love you all and can’t wait to get back on the mat Tuesday.
