🔥 17/18U BASEBALL TRYOUTS — BUILD YOUR FUTURE WITH MIDWEST BRUINS ⚾️
Our Midwest Bruin Baseball tryouts are just around the corner, and we’re excited to continue building a competitive 17/18U roster for the 2026-27 season.
We’re looking for high-character, competitive players in the Class of 2027 and Class of 2028 who are committed to developing their game and competing at the next level.
Players at premium defensive positions including catchers & pitchers, are especially encouraged to attend. We’re looking for impact players who will help us compete at a high level.
🏈🏀⚽️⚾️ Multi-sport athletes are welcome! We fully support athletes who compete in football, basketball, wrestling, soccer, track, and other school sports. We believe multi-sport athletes become better competitors and better overall athletes.

⚾️ Catchers are different. Their training should be too.
The catcher is one of the most demanding positions on the baseball field. Receiving, blocking, throwing, footwork, communication, and leadership all require skills that aren’t developed in a typical team practice.
That’s why we’re offering our Summer Catchers Clinic next week at Smith Baseball Academy.
Over two mornings, players will receive focused instruction designed specifically for catchers to help build confidence and improve their defensive game behind the plate.
