52! I feel very fortunate to have trained and taught in the martial arts 33 of my 52 years. I am thankful to my teachers, colleagues, mentors, family, students, and my whole community for the opportunity to train, teach and grow.

Having the culmination of my most recent martial arts books inclusions, and my small but thankful role in the movie “Black Creek” has been a dream come true.

We often hold events for and raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Here’s something that’s easy to do and free. Make a kid’s day by sending them a Valentine’s Day card.

A local gym was reported as having their “belongings ransacked and stolen out of the locker room. Thieves used bolt cutters on our locks. With 2 people at the front desk even 🤔. Lesson learned.”

Since I often use that gym, I wondered if the thieves also stole the gym’s paper towels. It’s pretty bad when you can’t wipe down gym equipment prior and after use during cold/flu season!!! Or anytime!!!

🔥That being said, if any gym runs out of paper towels to wipe down equipment. Please at the very least have an employee go around hourly to wipe down every machine. 🔥
