Closing

Well…I don’t really know where to start other than saying, I truly never thought I would be sitting down and writing out this closing letter but yet here I Am.

For the past 3 years I’ve dedicated EVERYTHING I’ve had and made into getting a commercial location.

I have

🙃 Worked part time jobs on the off hours of training

🙃 Opened my schedule up by adding more training times

🙃 Tried to bring in more trainers

🙃 Taken no pay to put back into 2 building renovations/remodels

Over the past 3 years I put myself at the bottom. I’ve put myself last. This has caused me to

🫥 Put my mental health a the lowest of lows

🫥 Put my leadership skills behind me,
and

🫥 Ultimately put my family and relationship on jeopardy

I have sacrificed important times and events away from family just because I needed personal time alone, causing me to self medicate to a point of addiction.

No this is not an easy decision to close our doors but it’s the best decision when it comes to putting myself and my family first in order to still be able to do what I love and provide for the future.

👉🏽May 1st, 2023 at 8am will be our last class 👈🏽

Although it is a sad day, it is a happy day to know that instead of trying to keep pushing off ego but instead swallow my pride and accept that one door closing means other doors will open.

I will be getting back to our roots and only accepting 20 in person clients/members for training. In the mean time I am going to enjoy my family and time away. 2023 I am choosing Quality over Quantity

As Many Reps (or Rounds) As Possible, is a super-straightforward workout format, but with a ZA Twist.

As you might have guessed, the whole idea is doing as many reps/rounds as you possibly can for an allotted amount of time. We will be working on bodyweight, strength, cardio, & STABILITY. We know you can do things fast and effectively, now lets challenge ourselves by seeing how long we can be stable…..

We are thrilled to share the success story of Francesca, she has achieved amazing results with our small group HIIFT Training!

She has lost an incredible 🤩 80lbs 🤩 from August 2021-February 2023. She has worked hard to reach her health and fitness goals and has seen amazing results.

Fran has been dedicated to our training program, following our guidance and advice to the to the T. She has also been consistent in her efforts allowing her to see the rewards of her hard work.

MZAX Strength week we will focus on improving your strength in the 3 main traditional lifts, Bench, Squat, and Deadlifts. With this unique pairing of supersets and ZERO CARDIO members will get strong baseline for where they can improve from as we revisit this format once a month.
