Skapa’s second water bottle design is finally here! These water bottles make great gifts for anyone that is into cycling!

is the perfect excuse for me to post about our experience!

Isaiah and I had the opportunity to ride in the 100-mile event last Saturday; our goal was to finish together and have a good time. The route planners took us down some of the craziest roads we have ever ridden which made the first half of the ride fly by. A lot of the second half consisted of our favorite roads we explored during the Flint Hills Gravel Ride.

Having grown up in Kansas, it's wild to think Unbound is the largest gravel bike race in the world!

I officially have shirts live on the site!!! This embroidered logo shirt is my favorite for casual rides. The fit is slightly over-sized and the shirts are unisex. These aren’t cycling specific shirts. If you know anybody that is into cycling let them know about the brand and the mission to get more people on bikes! Did a 40 mile shakedown ride to test our setups for Flint Hills Gravel Ride next weekend! We had lots of ups and downs but we finished and that’s all we could ask for. We could’ve used some more training but it’ll still be fun

Skapa was on display in my graphic design senior show! It was fun to talk to people about the design process of the products and how it all started. I got the bike out and hit some trails after taking it down.

It's been a busy month! Isaiah got a new salsa journeyer and I am dropping a new product. We have this green t-shirt live on the site! It is a simple shirt with an embroidered Skapa logo. About 30 minutes after this photo Isaiah got a flat lol, so he's going to be converting to tubeless. We will be doing the Flint Hills Gravel Ride in April and l'll be posting updates on our training, gear and us messing around.

Building this bike was a huge learning curve. I can't wait to go down some trails! I'm not too excited to go up though. If you have any suggestions on what color I should paint the bottle cage, let me know in the comments!

First ride of the year! I'm super excited to be back on my main bike. If you were riding in the below freezing temps, let me know in the comments! I think the coldest I rode in this winter was around 20º for a very short distance.

Picked up a new project today!!! The yellow is starting to grow on me.
