We are small breeders of Dutch warmblood horses Crooked Post Farm, located in Topeka Kansas, is a small breeding operation started in 1990.
Our goal is to search the sport horse world to find superior stallions to breed to our mares. The stallions we select are the stars of today, which will produce your star of tomorrow!

Today is a “twofer.” Happy Birthday and Happy Father’s Day to Larry. I am double blessed to be his life partner. We are looking forward to cooking out with the family.….paper plate style!

Lancashire has made quite a bit of progress this past month. The video is long, but shows his introduction to lateral work and lengthenings. He is beginning to stretch softly into the contact with remarkable balance for a 3 year old with only 90 days under saddle.

This is video of Nobello (Indrigro x Krack C) being presented at the 2018 KWPN-NA keuring in Colorado. Nobello was awarded a 1st Premuim and the highest score for young Dressage foals of the keuring! This is what the jury had to say;
"Highest score of the keuring was awarded to a young dressage foal called Nobello CPF (sired by Indigro). This well-developed and long-lined c**t has a good dressage type with sufficient muscling in his topline. He has a well-shaped, long croup and correct legs. Has trot shows good length of stride with sufficient power, and his canter is well balanced, powerful and shows uphill tendency."

A candid shot of our newest mare Belly (Krack C x Michelangelo). Belly has been at the farm for about a month now and is settling in quite well. She is in foal to Indigro for a June foal.
