Ellie and I want you to come to Pilates at this Saturday, July 22nd, at 6:30am! Early but worth it to have that nice Pilates buzz and be first in line for their legendary pastries.

Alright everyone- if we get storms tomorrow morning I’ll have to transition our Community Class at Circle Coffee to a virtual class on Instagram Live. Fingers crossed the rain holds off! I’ll make the final call by 6:00am and let you all know :)

This will be a basic full body class, appropriate for all levels of fitness :) Be sure to bring a mat!
