✨ FACULTY FEATURE | MEET MORGAN ✨ Morgan Blanton

Next up in our Faculty Feature series is Miss Morgan! 💜

Morgan has been dancing for 18 years and teaching for 9, bringing so much creativity, passion, and individuality into every class she teaches at Radiant!

Her favorite styles are contemporary and hip hop, and she loves funky floorwork! One of her all-time favorite songs to groove to is “Smalltown Boy.” 🎶

What Morgan loves most about teaching is the opportunity to create and watch her dancers grow. Whether it’s mastering a new skill or seeing years of hard work come together, those moments make teaching so rewarding!

Outside of dance, Morgan loves green tea, matcha, pickles, and just about anything with Tajín! Her dream destinations are Turkey and Italy. ✈️

When asked what she loves most about Radiant, Morgan shared how much she enjoys being surrounded by a space full of life and passionate people. 💜

We love the creativity, energy, and fresh perspective Morgan brings to our dancers. We are so lucky to have her as part of our Radiant family!

We love you, Miss Morgan! 💜✨

🍂💜 A Radiant Tradition | Gary’s Berries 💜🍂

Another year of our annual Gary’s Berries trip filled with laughter, bonding, and memories we will cherish forever!

One of my favorite things about Radiant is the traditions we’ve created together. Watching these dancers grow up, build friendships, and make memories outside the studio is so special.

This year feels a little more sentimental knowing our seniors have been making this trip together for years. From little girls to beautiful young ladies, these traditions and memories will always hold a special place in my heart. 💜 Just ask Langley Tiller how to get out of the corn maze in one minute flat!

Dance is so much more than what happens inside the studio, and these are the moments that remind us all why! 🍁✨

✨ SENIOR SUNDAY | MEET LANGLEY ✨ Langley Tiller

This week we are celebrating our beautiful senior, Langley! 💜

Langley has been dancing for 14 years, since she was just 3 years old! Her favorite styles are jazz and jazz funk, where she loves to show off her personality and passion for dance!

As she heads into her final season at Radiant, Langley is most excited for competition season and growing even closer with her teammates while making unforgettable memories.

Her goals this year are to soak up every moment of her senior season, continue improving her skills, and prepare for her next chapter of dancing in college!

✨FACULTY FEATURE | MEET CONNOR ✨ Connor Duffy

Some people have been part of Radiant’s story since day one, and Miss Connor is one of those very special people. 💜

Connor has been dancing since she was just 3 years old and has been teaching at Radiant since we opened our doors in 2013! For 13 years, she has poured her heart into our dancers, helped build the studio into what it is today, and created relationships that go far beyond the classroom.

Her favorite style of dance is lyrical, and she loves dancing to Fleetwood Mac, Adele, or just about any good oldie! Give her a reverse illusion or a beautiful over-the-toe transition, and she’s in her element. ✨

But what Connor loves most about teaching has nothing to do with the steps. It’s watching her dancers grow up, find their confidence, accomplish things they never thought possible, and become their own people. Some of those relationships have lasted long after her dancers left the studio. She even had former students attend her wedding, which is such a beautiful reminder of the impact a dance teacher can have. 💜

Outside of Radiant, Connor loves traveling and has explored so many incredible places around the world, with Greece next on her bucket list! 🇬🇷 She loves anything seasonal with a good cold foam, will never turn down cheese dip, and has a soft spot for gummy worms.

What makes Connor so special to Radiant is the history, love, and loyalty she brings to our studio. She has been here through every chapter, every change, and every milestone. She has watched little dancers grow into adults, built lifelong friendships with families, and helped create the family atmosphere that makes Radiant what it is today.

As we begin this exciting new chapter in our beautiful new studio, having someone who has been here since the very beginning means more than words can say.

Connor, thank you for 13 years of dedication, love, laughter, and believing in our dancers. Radiant wouldn’t be the same without you, and I am so grateful we get to continue this journey together.

We love you, Miss Connor! 💜✨
