Rylee has been dancing since the age of 3 and is excited to be returning home to join the Radiant Dance Studio family, her very first competition dance home growing up.
After her competition dance years, Rylee moved to Las Vegas at 18 to continue pursuing professional training and has spent the past two years living and training there on and off. After a year training in Vegas, she moved to New York City for her first professional dance contract, where she lived and performed for six months.
Today, Rylee continues training in Las Vegas while taking on various performance opportunities and dance gigs. She also travels on weekends as part of the staff with Groove Dance Competition!
Beyond performing, Rylee has developed a passion for teaching and choreographing. Her choreography has earned numerous Top 10 overall placements, special awards, and choreography awards over the last several years. She is also the founder of Precision Techniques, a training program dedicated to helping dancers grow through personalized instruction. Through both in-person and virtual coaching, she works one-on-one with dancers looking to further their training outside of the studio setting.
This August, Rylee will be moving back to her hometown and stepping into her new role as Assistant Director at Radiant Dance Studio. We could not be more excited to welcome her home! Her experience, passion, leadership, and love for dance will be an incredible asset to our dancers and our studio family.

Your encouragement means everything to our dancers and staff, and we are so grateful for the community that surrounds our studio.
